ヒューマン・ビートボックスの先駆者として知られるDoug E. Freshの92年にリリースした3枚目のスタジオ・アルバムもUS盤はプロモオンリー。MCハマーが設立したBust It Recordsから発表され、80年代のクラシックなスタイルから90年代初期のニュージャックスウィングやポップラップのトレンドへと柔軟に歩み寄った意欲作。本作には、Rick Jamesの同名曲をファンキーにサンプリングしたシングル「Bustin' Out (On Funk)」や、Grandmaster Flashの古典「White Lines」の元ネタとしても有名な、Liquid Liquid「Cavern」をネタにした重厚なベースラインを持つポストパンク/ディスコ・パンク楽曲「Back In The Dayz」、Midnight Star「Curious」、Maze「Before I Let Go」80年代のファンク・メロウな要素やグルーヴを巧みに組み合わせて構成された「If I Was Your Man」、定番のガラージュ/ディスコ・クラシックFonda Rae「Over Like a Fat Rat」のメロディをストレートにサンプリングした「Peace To New York」など名曲盛り沢山。
