前作での無断サンプリングによる敗訴を経て、サンプリングにはクリアランスが必須という音楽業界の厳格な新ルールが作られた問題作。皮肉とユーモア溢れる世界観「すべてのサンプル許可取得済み！」というタイトルや、自身が裁判官と囚人に扮したジャケット写真で、大騒動を逆手に取ったお笑いセンス抜群の傑作。豪華なサウンドLarge ProfessorやCool V、Salaam Remiらをプロデューサーに迎え、McFadden & Whitehead名曲「Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now」を堂々とサンプリングした「Let Me Turn You On」やGwen McCrae「Funky Sensation」使い「Groovin'」他、特に面白いのが、Allen Toussaintが手がけた名曲「Get Out of My Life, Woman」を、異なるアーティストによるカバーバージョン違いでアルバム内の5曲に別々にサンプリングしている点が、Bizのユーモアさが発揮されてて最高です。ヒップホップ史を揺るがした裁判の直後に放った、ユーモアと反骨精神の詰まった名盤4枚目。
