94年リリースのサードアルバムは、元メンバーのGrand Puba、DJ Alamo脱退後にLord Jamar、Sadat X、DJ Sincereの3人体制で制作された硬派なブーンバップ・アルバム。大部分はメンバーのLord Jamar自身がプロデュースし、唯一Sadat Xのソロ「Alladat」のみD.I.T.C.のBuckwildがプロデュース。本作はサンプリングソースの選び方も秀逸で、リードシングル「Word Is Bond」ではAverage White Bandの「I'm the One」の骨太なビートにEarth, Wind & Fireの「Shining Star」のボーカルフレーズを重ねており、アルバムを締めくくる名曲「Hold On」ではSimply Redの「Holding Back the Years」の哀愁漂うメロディをサンプリング。Ari Marcopoulosフォトによるジャケも良いですね。
