ニューヨーク・スタッテンアイランド出身のヒップホップ・デュオThe U.M.C.'s が、彼らのデビューアルバム「Fruits of Nature」から91年にWild Pitch Recordsからリリースしたシングル名盤！！Delegationメロウな名曲「Oh Honey」を大胆にサンプリングした、陽気でポップなニュースクールクラシック！！「Any Way The Wind Blows」は、Al Green「Here I Am (Come and Take Me)」や、定番ドラムブレイク「Synthetic Substitution」をサンプリングした一曲！！元々はこちらがファースト・シングルになる予定でしたが、メンバーの意向により「Blue Cheese」のカップリングに。歌詞には「Wu-Tang(ウータン)」というワードが登場したという非常に有名な逸話があり、彼らと同じくスタッテンアイランドを拠点としていたウータン・クランがブレイクする前にその名前が刻まれた貴重な楽曲です。
